Cultural Planning and Study

Cultural institutions preserve and interpret history, while educating – and even entertaining –visitors in the process. Our Cultural Studio designs and plans museums and cultural centers to safeguard traditions through contemporary and sustainable architecture. Each institution’s mission is expressed through the physical and visual environment, whether it is to protect documents and artifacts, or inspire study of the past.

Cultural centers celebrating the culture of the Deaf Community reflect the vibrant language, traditions and experiences of this community. Dedicated to promoting knowledge and appreciation of Deaf culture, these centers celebrate the lives of Deaf people in the past, present and future. Architectural design is enhanced by an intimate knowledge of the many elements that reflect this culture.
